Chinese continues its takeover of the US economy. . .

. . . with a this very small step.

The FED has authorized a Chinese bank to operate on US soil. I guess the Unite States figured since they're communist now too, why not work together.

The weird thing about this is who gave the authorization. This branch of the totalitarian Chinese government was able to receive permission to open a bank on US soil without permission from Congress, the Senate or the President. The FED is acting on its own.

Ever been to Xian, Beijing, or Shanghai?

The US owes China more money than any other country. When the US defaults on it debt, China will be there to buy up as many hard assets as possible.

It'll be interesting to watch the US get split up between Japan, China, and Saudi Arabia the next 10 years.

And no, I have not been to these places.

Same crap from the late eighties, but now from the right. Great.

Your faction is de facto supporting the war. You have Ron Paul in the fucking Republican party. He should get out and start supporting the left. The war has cost over six hundred billion dollars and Ron Paul has the nerve to attack the bailouts, which help the people, whereas the 600 billion spent for war helps no one but the bloody Republican arms manufacturers. Ron Paul should be part of the Democratic party, but he's too fucking cowardly to act forcefully to stop the war. His most forceful act would be joining the democrats who are against the war.

I'm not sure why the war was brought up here...

Paul has so obviously been against the war since the beginning I still can't wrap my head around why you continue attacking him for supporting the war.

There are other republicans who don't agree with the war.

You realize the new secretary of state supported the war? the new vice president supported the war? the new commerce secretary supported the war?

GE, who has profiteered greatly from this war own MSNBC, the Fox News of the left.

The war is not the Republican vs. Democrat thing you and the main stream media make it out to be. Both parties have factions that are extremely hawkish and both have factions that are pro peace.

Perhaps if Dennis Kucinich or Barak Obama were truly against the war they would eliminate their ties to the Democratic party.

Doesn't that sound ridiculous?

THIS IS THE MOST RETARDED STATMENT YOU HAVE EVER MADE:

7 Republicans against the war.. 147 democrats voted against it.. take your cynicism somewhere else..

"Perhaps if Dennis Kucinich or Barak Obama were truly against the war they would eliminate their ties to the Democratic party.

I think they should form another party.

Paul is a hypocrite. He's against a woman's right to choose, he's part of a party that perpetuates war, he sides with the group to gain political power when his political philosophy is individualism, and he supports factionalism in the public schools.

He's for the protection of life.

"he's part of a party that perpetuates war"

Every action he takes is in defiance of the war.

"he sides with the group to gain political power when his political philosophy is individualism"

He doesn't help the republicans gain power at all.

"he supports factionalism in the public schools."

Factionalism?

Then he's not a libertarian.

"Every action he takes is in defiance of the war. "

And give legitimacy to the warmongering part. If fact, I even question his committment to his faith, because he's certainly ain't part of the party that is for helping people. He's for the intolerant, racist, warmongering, sexist, homophobic party that is against helping people, and against the regime that has given them the most help. They are pigs that talk a lot about love, but are they really Christian?

"Factionalism?"

As in every religion being ability to pray in school, hence causing factionalism. Atheists, non-believers, protestants, catholics all showing their allegiance to their faith in the classroom. What a nob.

Well, remember, Paul thinks schools should be ran by teachers and parents, not the federal government. But considering schools have been made public places, I can understand his want to ensure people are free to express themselves. Schools should not be treated as prisons.

If Ron Paul wants to put his chilren in a Catholic/Protestant private school, he can. The public schools are funded by the federal government and hence should be void of religious tension.
