Random thoughts and interesting tidbits. . .
. . .focused on current economical and political events.
"But rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law,' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the right of an individual."
Thomas Jefferson

I really do like this idea of small-scale farming.
I enjoyed it. Wasn't hard to start.
I'm much, much lazier than you.
I don't know. I'm pretty lazy.
Let's not destroy our health here in a lazy-off competition, mmmmkay?
My laziness is destroying my health.
I'm trying to run once a day. Taking supplements. You should try resveratrol. It really does give me extra energy.
You run?
I have a hard time picturing that; you were always anti-run, pro-bike.
Good stuff. Do you know how far you're running?
About 40 mins at setting six. I'm not running, actually, but walking really fast. Calorie burning.
Korea is not good for bikes because of the crazy drivers and I'm not interested in buying a good bike because I will be returning to Canada eventually.
Cardio is good. Thumbs-up!
I still haven't lost any weight. :(
No worries. You're doing your body a world of good anyway.
