Authoritarian Unions

I'm constantly hearing France being referred to as having a rich history of unionization. You know what's not rich? When unions threaten violence to get their way. From rawstory.com:
"Workers at a French car accessories plant north of Paris threatened Friday to blow up their factory unless they were given better layoff compensation.

Employees at the Sodimatex plant placed petrol bombs near a large gas tank and were threatening to set them on fire."
Yea, pay me for not working or else! Of course this the home of people who try to get their way by kidnapping executives.

Why aren't these people being arrested for terrorism?

Gee. Wish I lived in France.

Because if they were arrested as terrorists it would be a further justification for more unionization. It would be akin to coming out and saying: "You are a slave".

Good for the French unions. I'm glad there are still unions out there not poisoned with the need to worship free market tyrannies. Workers deserve a fair wage and those companies that pay slave wages are criminal organizations that should be branded as terrorist organizations.

Who is the slave, the union worker pissed they aren't getting paid for sitting on their ass, or the taxpayer who unwilling works a portion of the day to provide money paid out to the union worker sitting on their ass? As far as I knew, a slave was someone who is forced to work and isn't paid for it, and the master is the individual who uses force to gain from that work. It would appear to me the unemployment, union-terrorist is behaving like the master, and the taxpaying suckers are the slaves.

Workers do deserve a fair wage. Those who are not working don't deserve anything, because they're not doing anything. So I'm glad you're so supportive of the unemployed using violence to extort cash from their fellow taxpayers.

Union worker do not sit on their asses. That is a myth based on one institution within the Auto Worker's union. Get your head out of your ass.

"or the taxpayer who unwilling works a portion of the day to provide money paid out to the union worker sitting on their ass?"

????

I thought the companies paid for that?

Who is forced to work?

Sipping crack again, Josh? The union worker is not paid by taxes.

Those who believe in free capital have no plan to control their fellows who will and do pay slave wages. NO PLAN.

That's you, Josh. A no planner whiner.

"Those who are not working don't deserve anything,"

Unions workers work slower, but they do work. Just because they don't work like a bunch of wage slaves does not meant that they do not work.

"So I'm glad you're so supportive of the unemployed using violence to extort cash from their fellow taxpayers."

I think your ideology is pure evil, Josh. The union workers are not paid by taxes. Those who are unemployed should be supported in times of need. And if such a world continues for an extended period of time, there SHOULD be revolution.

Sorry, I was thinking of welfare. Anyway, they're still terrorists using violence to scare people into giving them more money.

The layed off Union workers do not work and do not deserve the money they attempt to extort from others using violence.

Private property was instituted by force and is defended by force. From this system the private property owner takes the surplus value that the worker creates by laboring in his factory or paying exorbitant, immoral rent. No different, just depends on what side of the fence you are.

Yes, actually they do work. That is how the products they make are made.

Those who defend private property to their gain use violence in order to keep the system in place. This is no secret.

Why weren't the original terrorists of private property arrested as enemies of the tribe?

Yes, protecting your own private property is much different than blowing up factories to steal property from others.

Not if they're layed off...

How so?
