Horrible. The Mass system was underfunded.
And the people are over taxed...hmmmm
And in properly funded systems ALL the people get covered.
I don't give a fuck if person with a million dollar income has to pay 30% tax, Josh. He or she is still pulling in 750,000 grand. They should stop being so immoral by denying the benefits of taxation.
