Unfortunately, Lord Monckton's argument is not based on science.

I think it is pretty clear that the original modeler of global warming has come out and said that global warming has not stopped. Those who ignore this are corporate sophists.

Yep. Lord Monckton is a corporate sophist.

Sorry...which company is paying him off?

And the original modeler of global warming makes the decision as to whether or not it has stopped?

I don't believe what the pope says just because he's the pope. I don't believe what Dr. Latif says, just because Dr. Latif says it.

"The point of the graph is to show a comparison of trends. The trends pre-1970 are important because the vehicle through which Health Care prices were determined was significantly different."

The hockey stick graph, which is a global temperature graph, shows that he global temperature increased during the Industrial Revolution. It is a fact. That there are El Nina and El Nino ocean currents does not change the overall trend.

And no one believes you just because "Lord" Monckton said it.

I don't believe Lord Monckton just because he says it.

But until I see proof that his intentions are motivated by money and power, I'll trust him more than UN funded scientists and Al Gore anyday.

The hockey stick graph is faulty because the scientist cherry picked the sources of his data.

Temperatures follow solar activity.

The global warming skeptics' arguments are directly funded by industry. Therefore, since they are educating him, he is motivated by them. He thinks they give him "credibility, even though they are clearly wrong.

Nope, the samples were taken from all over the globe.
